| so i have been crushin' on this girl, right?
i have only been able to see her every other thursday or so because i met her through my metal working class that only meets on thursdays. this thursday was our last class, so i decided to carpe some diem and asked if she wanted to come and eat with me after class... long story short, we had a great dinner, fun date, blah blah blah...
well, the date and i were walking down broadway, around 10th or something, drinking coffee, and this dude walks by and says to my girl: "i recognize that logo"
we turn around and find none other than david lee roth looking back at us and laughing. i look at elizabeth and go, "is that..."
and she says "...david lee roth?"
i take a gander at ol' girl's t-shirt, and it read: "1980 invasion tour Van Halen".
